There’s really no excuse you have not heard in the last 10 months. Excuses to explain why the best laid plans and intentions simply did not occur. Because, you know, it’s 2020. Good Lord. Let’s chalk the latest gap up to social distancing.

Nate and I are trying to focus on staying the course in this journey we committed to last year. Staying the course means there is so much to do, we have little time to engage in the hot topics of the day.

As for Kate Reynolds, it is difficult to find and decipher much about her specific journey as she was a woman, an African American, and born a slave.

There are several ways to get to the cabin on these trails from several access points. From Spearfish Canyon Lodge, take the 4 all the way through the canyon.
